I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 35 years of competitive athletic and coaching experience. I have an honors bachelor's degree in physiology and
pharmacology, and an MBA in marketing and economics.
As a mature athlete myself, I am keenly aware of the physical challenges we can face as we get older, and craft my training with that insight in mind. This is not only important to the mature athlete however, as often, the the
issues we face when we're older actually started from poor or improper training technique when we were younger. My approach is all about athletics, and making each individual the best athlete they can be; remembering that everyone is different. Over my
coaching career, I have worked with a broad spectrum of people, from elite performers to complete beginners.
Whether your goal is to get bigger, stronger, faster, leaner or maybe even just a little more stable, it all starts with a strong core and good muscular control. That is the heart of my approach to training, and is a practice I pull through for everything from weight training to aerobics, but also translates into our daily activities; from climbing stairs to lifting boxes. I would look forward to chatting with you about your personal goals and how my approach can help you achieve them.
With over 40+ years of experience and having worked with clients since my early 20’s, almost 4 decades and counting now.
I understand and am familiar with the challenges and progression that each new decade brings to us as we age.
I currently work with clients that range in age from 20 somethings to my most mature! She is a fabulous 88 yrs old and going strong. So hiring a PERSONAL TRAINER is an important decision. There are a-lot of Personal Trainers and you have quite a few choices.
You need a trainer with the education, expertise and experience that can help you achieve your goals safely, quickly and effectively.

It should be fun and affordable.
But it should always be about you and your health.
